KPMG 2010 Caribbean Region Financing Survey

It is our pleasure to bring you KPMG's sixth annual Caribbean Region Financing Survey, focusing on lending in the hospitality and tourism sector in the Caribbean.

Our 2010 survey concentrates on financing trends, the outlook for the region and the identification of current changes in the lending environment.

This year, as well as talking again with leading regional banks, for the first time we included development banks in our survey to capture the emergence of a potential new source of financing in the sector.

We trust that the results will assist in understanding the current, challenging lending environment faced by stakeholders in the region.
